Prepare a few key questions that you will ask each user so that you learn more about what works and what doesn't, what they like and what they don't like. Deciding on which heuristics to use is not trivial. Consider some of the well-known heuristics discussed in the chapter, such as those developed by Jakob Nielsen. Also think back to the original requirements for the software and consider which heuristics would test whether the design meets these requirements. If you want to design an electronic questionnaire try using one of the questionnaire design tools provided in the interactivities.
