It links to articles, tool surveys, research projects, interest groups etc. The Volere template and process now has a dedicated website at, which includes useful resources and downloadable versions of the template.
Here you will find a set of questions (and answers) about questionnaires. The main thrust of these is for usability evaluations, but some of the issues are suitable and generally applicable to questionnaires and their design for the requirements activity.
This site has information about a number of evaluation questionnaires, including a link to an engine that allows you to develop your own web-based questionnaire.
